The Executive Diploma in Enforcement Law‘s course (ILKAP-UiTM) will be held on 3 -22 May 2010. This course is collaboration between ILKAP and MARA University of Technology (UiTM). This course will be conducted from Monday to Friday for 3 weeks. ILKAP welcomes participation from Enforcement officers and other Civil Servants who are not Law Graduates. A Public Talk session on the Current Approach in Disposal of Civil Cases will be held on March 4, 2010 (Thursday),
8.30 am - 4.30 pm at the Theatrette, Judicial and Legal Training Institute (ILKAP).
There will be a lecture session by Court representative in the morning (8.30 am-1.00 pm) and forum session in the evening (2:30 to 4:30 pm).
The panelists for the forum entitled "The Role and Responsibility of Parties in Expediting Civil Cases” are
YA Dato’ Seri Md Raus bin Sharif (Federal Court Judge),
YA Dato’ James Foong Cheng Yuen (Federal Court Judge),
YBrs. Puan See Mee Chun (Head of Civil Division, Attorney General’s Chambers) and
Mr. Effendy Othman (Zaid Ibrahim & Co.).
ILKAP welcomes the participation of officers from the Judicial and Legal Service, Bar Council members, Universities and anyone who is interested.
